COUNSELLING PSYCHOLOGIST

“As a qualified Counselling Psychologist, I hold a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Social Science Honours degree from the University of Pretoria, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Nelson Mandela University. My training encompassed an eclectic approach, incorporating various psychotherapy modalities such as CBT, Psychodynamic, Systemic, Child Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. This comprehensive training enables me to work effectively with a diverse range of clients. While my expertise extends to various demographics, my particular interest lies in supporting adults, teenagers, and couples. Underpinned by a belief in individuals’ inherent capacity for growth and self-actualisation, my therapeutic approach focuses on empowering clients to transcend their current challenges and realise their potential. Through this process, I strive to facilitate a journey of self-discovery, enabling clients to live authentically and authentically embody their truest selves.”
