Annelie van Heerden is a physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions. She has a special interest in helping people with persistent pain, complex movement disorders, and the interaction between stress, sleep, and physical health.

Annelie is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that helps patients understand their pain and take confident steps toward recovery. Her clinical approach combines hands-on therapy, movement retraining, and education that empowers patients to manage their symptoms and rebuild trust in their bodies.

Her professional interests include chronic pain management, orthopaedic manual therapy, nervous-system regulation, and psychologically informed rehabilitation. She works closely with the multidisciplinary Evexia team to ensure that every patient receives holistic and coordinated care that supports both body and mind.
