The Day Treatment Programme

  •  An intensive treatment plan, that is more concentrated than traditional outpatient counselling.
  • A structured format with medication evaluation and monitoring (medication where relevant).

  • Therapeutic groups and activities.

  • Full-day or half-day programme options with emphasis on diagnosis, therapy, coping skills, education, medication discussion, coordination with community (employer, school, family and referring health care practitioner - with patient consent), and referral to appropriate specialists upon discharge.


The Day Treatment programme is designed to support patients suffering from

  • Bipolar mood disorder/s

  • Anxiety, panic or phobias

  • Stress management

  • Life transitions

  • Post-traumatic stress

The Outpatient Care

  • Our outpatient centre offers individual, group or family counselling.
  • Sessions include consultation and treatment planning, medication discussion, and connections with a large network of community services.

  • Our staff members have expertise within a broad range of conditions that individuals and families regularly encounter, as well as more serious psychiatric disorders.


The Nursing Services 

Our services are qualified psychiatric nursing services.


The Psychological and Psychiatric Services

Psychological and psychiatric services to meet the needs of the patients. Psychological and Psychiatric services are rendered by registered Clinical Psychologists and Specialist Psychiatrist.


Social Worker Services

These are provided when required and are provided by registered Social Workers.


Therapeutic Activities

The programme is appropriate to the needs and interests of the patients and is directed towards restoring and maintaining optimal levels of physical and psychological functioning with assistance of occupational therapists.


Dietician Services

  • These are provided to patients if needed.
  • Always provided with eating disorders.


Physiotherapist Services

Registered physiotherapists to patients when needed.
